Ballycastle Community Development Group (the Organisation) is a Registered Charity in Northern Ireland.
To fulfil its work in support of its mission and aims, the Organisation may collect, store and process personal data about our members, contacts, members of staff, trustees, advisors, contractors, and other third parties, and we are committed to handling personal data in accordance with data protection law. Our legal basis for holding your information is normally legitimate interest or necessary to maintain contact during project deliveries. We categorise data on the basis of organisations we work with to deliver projects.

We also take appropriate steps to protect files containing personal information.
How long do we keep your data?

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
